The first thing we will ask you in a consultation is if you regularly wear makeup on your brows. If you don’t wear makeup, or you do but you prefer a more natural look, we will suggest microblading. Microblading is a manual hairlike stroke technique that mimics the brow growth patterns in your natural brows to provide refined shape, color and depth, giving you a more youthful and awake appearance.
If you do wear makeup on your brows, and you enjoy the crisp outline that pomade or pencil gives you, or if you have oily skin or a more active lifestyle we will recommend ombre brows. Ombre (or powder brows, as they are also called) is a makeup inspired machine technique that deposits small amounts of ink into the skin to create pixels that gradually build up to give you a beautiful flush of color that fades out of the front of the brow to create an ombre effect. Ombre brows have a higher retention rate than microblading due to the different technique used to deposit the ink. Although microblading is flattering on everyone, if you have oily skin or a more active lifestyle ombre brows are a great way to ensure your results stay true to their initial result if you are concerned about fading too quickly.
Microblading with soft shading is perfect for clients who want the natural microblading strokes with a light flush of color throughout the brow to create more depth. If you have little or no brow hair and you want your microblading to look more natural and even throughout your brow, microblading with soft shading is a perfect option for you.
Combo brows are a combination of microblading in the front of the brow and ombre through the middle and tail. Combo brows are perfect for clients who like the makeup inspired look, have oily skin or an active lifestyle and want a higher retention rate but would still like their brows to look more on the natural side.

What does each appointment consists of?
Appointment times for microblading, ombre powder brows and combo brows are between three and four hours long.
How long is the appointment time?
No! The most common response we get from our clients when we begin the application permanent makeup is a pleasantly surprised, “That’s it?” We take our time numbing you properly before, during and even after your appointment to remove all redness, soreness and discomfort when you are at our salon.
Is it painful?
Our color choice will 90% of the time match your brow hair color exactly, except in cases where our clients prefer small tweaks that will compliment their complexion or hair color better.
Because all permanent makeup is a two appointment process, we will likely suggest going a bit lighter during your initial appointment to see how you like them healed before we decide to go darker.
We also specialize in and have a wide range of color collections dedicated to our blonde clients so they need not worry about their permanent makeup turning out too dark, ashy or unnatural.
How do you choose the color?

All permanent makeup services will be explained verbally during the appointment as well given a physical copy in the aftercare kit.
Brows require about three weeks to heal completely after your initial appointment. The first two weeks are when you need to be the most careful with your new brows, while the first week is the most rigorous of the healing process. During the first two weeks we ask that you avoid all makeup in the brow area, heavy steam, heavy sweating and heavy sunlight as these can all hinder your long-term results. During the first week, in addition to this we also ask you to avoid all water contact with the brows. This ensures that your brows will quickly, safely, and heal true to color. You will also be provided with an aftercare kit with instructions for washing, showering, and taking care of your new brows during all of the healing stages.
What is the aftercare for permanent makeup services like microblading or ombre powder brows?
Initially the result will be excellent, once the healing process begins the brows will gradually become contrasted in color during the first week and then will flake off and become much lighter in color. Over a 2-3 week period the pigment will blossom to its’ true and final result. Your 4-8 week touch up will fix any imperfections.
How Should I expect my brows to look after receiving permanent makeup?
You will not experience any swelling or bruising but some mild redness or tenderness is a possibility.
Will I experience any swelling, bruising or redness after my appointment?
Microblading or microblading with soft shading will last between one and two years on average before needing a touch up. Ombre powder and combo brows have a slightly higher retention rate of about two to three years. How quickly the brows fade is largely due to how quickly each individual metabolizes the pigment, how active their lifestyle is, if they wear SPF regularly and avoid any active ingredients targeting skin rejuvenation on their brow area. Clients with oily skin also have a lower retention rate, so ombre brows or combo brows are both ideal options for them.
